PRO Hosted – TERMS & CONDITIONS

To proceed, please agree to the following:

I understand that initial account partitioning may take 1 to 8 hours.

I understand that PRO Hosted is a subscription and agree to the terms & conditions below.

TRANSACTION

A link to log in to Dynamic Time PRO Hosted, herein referred to as “PRO Hosted” is provided within 8 hours of successful payment. You will receive an email when your account is ready. The subscription to PRO Hosted, including continuous API access, updates and dedicated email support, is ~~$29 per month~~ $19 per month. Recurring payments will occur monthly on the anniversary of the first transaction. All transactions are processed in U.S. Dollars ($ USD).

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

All payments are final, but you may cancel service at any time. Refunds can be provided pro-rata no earlier than the date we are notified of intent to cancel. Cancellation will immediately revoke the ability to operate PRO Hosted features, access the website, and any service or process that this software provides or indirectly provides. Please contact us for questions regarding your subscription.

REDISTRIBUTION

You may not under any circumstance copy, redistribute and/or republish the source of PRO Hosted or a work based on PRO Hosted (which includes binary or object code compiled from it) in part or whole.

NON-COMPLIANCE

Any attempt to copy, modify, sublicense or distribute PRO Hosted will automatically terminate your rights, your ability to receive future updates, and potentially the ability to operate PRO Hosted.

PERMISSION

One administrative URL and one employee timecard URL will be allotted to your organization exclusively for managing employee timekeeping. Your account and access may not be used outside of it’s designed intent as a business timekeeping tool. You may not copy, modify, sublicense, or distribute PRO Hosted without explicit permission from the author. If you intend to incorporate the source code, in part or whole, or into any other program, you must write to the original author and you must receive a response with permission in writing.

STATISTICS

By using PRO Hosted, you agree to the collection and transmission of usage and/or statistics to the author for the purposes of monitoring access, regulating licensing, and researching opportunities for improvement.

WARRANTY

The access to PRO Hosted is shared as-is. There is no warranty, of either the source code or the program.

DAMAGES

The author is not liable for damages, including general, incidental or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use PRO Hosted. This includes loss of data, bugs, inaccuracies, or losses sustained by you or third parties.
